- Australian Qualifications Framework
- Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) is the national regulator responsible for the accreditation of courses and registration of Registered Training Organisations in NSW. It replaced VETAB on 1 July 2011.

- National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER) is a professional and independent body responsible for collecting, managing, analysing, evaluating and communicating research and statistics about vocational education and training (VET) nationally. It produces informative research reports on the trends, use and outcomes from VET.
- NSW Board of Vocational Education and Training: BVET is the NSW State Training Agency. It aims to increase public recognition of the value of vocational education and training to the people of NSW and Australia. As the State Training Agency for NSW it is a central source of advice to the NSW Minister for Education and Training on vocational education and training matters.
- NSW Department of Education and Communities site for information on vocational education and training. The site includes links to the NSW Productivity Places Program, NSW Green Skills, Professional Development courses for RTOs and Apprenticeships and Traineeships.

- Australian Flexible Learning Framework includes products and services to assist with e-learning.
- Education Network Australia: EdNA is an Australian network of education services.
- Government Skills Australia has training products to support the delivery of some qualifications from the Local Government, Water, Correctional Services and Public Safety training packages.
- Indigneous LLN Resource: What it Takes was recently developed by the ISC Foundation Skills Network to inform employers, managers and trainers about “Good Practice” in Indigenous Workplace English Language and Literacy (WELL) training programs.
- Innovation and Business Skills Australia has a large range of training products to assist with the delivery of its training packages, including Training and Education (TAE10) and Business Services (BSB07).
- National Training Information Service (NTIS): The NTIS is a database on vocational education and training in Australia. It contains detailed information on courses, qualifications, training packages, competency standards and Registered Training Organisations.
- National Resource Library is a new library for RTOs which publishes learning materials across a range of industry areas including Business Services, Asset Maintenance, Construction and Information and Communications Technology.
- Skills Online site provides access to curriculum and other training resources developed with funding from the NSW Department of Education and Training.
- TAFE NSW Sustainability Hub provides teaching and learning resources and case studies to build capability in teaching sustainability and exploring business and community partnerships for sustainability. It is a site for all VET practitioners.
- Training Packages at Work has the latest news and information on events, training package updates and resource development.
- TVET Australia Product Services: TVET Australia publishes and distributes teacher and learner resources for the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. This is a must-see website for RTOs.
